A spatial translation of the On FW26 collection, co-created with Zendaya. Anchored by the collection’s python motif, the design system utilizes undulating wooden forms and overlapping scales to create immersive retail sculptures. Spanning flagship locations across the Champs-Élysées, Ginza, Abbot Kinney, and Taikoo Li, this dynamic framework is custom-adapted to each store's unique architecture, guiding visitors along a fluid, winding path to experience the collection from within. By breaking away from standard linear displays, the installation creates intimate moments of discovery at every turn, evoking the sinuous motion of a python. The result is an environment that physically embodies the rhythm and energy of the garments
